01This agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are the agreement between you and Sigquill (“Sigquill,” “we,” “us”), operated as a sole proprietorship, governing your purchase and use of the Sigquill product and websites. By using the builder or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the product.
If you’re using Sigquill on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm you’re authorized to accept these Terms for them.
02What Sigquill is
Sigquill is a tool for building professional HTML email signatures that render cleanly across email clients — including the ones, like classic Outlook, that mangle most signatures. You design a signature in the builder, preview it, and after a one-time purchase you can export and install it.
You can explore the builder, choose a template, edit your details, and preview the result before paying. Payment unlocks the export — the installable, paste-ready output.
03Price & payment
Sigquill is a one-time purchase of $49 USD. There is no subscription, no renewal, and no recurring charge of any kind. The price is shown in US dollars; if you pay in another currency, your bank or PayPal sets the conversion rate.
Payment is handled by PayPal, including its guest “Debit or Credit Card” option — you do not need a PayPal account. You are responsible for any taxes that may apply in your own jurisdiction. We issue access only once PayPal confirms the payment has actually been captured.
04Delivery & access
Sigquill is a digital product delivered electronically. The moment your payment is confirmed, two things happen: the export unlocks in your browser, and we email a private access link to the address you entered at checkout.
That link is passwordless — there is no account to create and no password to remember. It lets you return to your purchase from any device to download or adjust your signature throughout the edit window that comes with your purchase. Treat the link as private; anyone with it can reach your purchased signature. If you lose it or entered the wrong email, contact support@sigquill.comand we’ll help you recover access.
05Your license to use what you create
The signature you build is yours. You may use the exported signatures you create with Sigquill for any lawful personal or business purpose, on as many of your own email accounts as you like, for as long as you like. We claim no ownership over your name, details, or the signatures you produce.
What you may notdo is take Sigquill’s underlying templates, builder, or code and resell, sublicense, redistribute, or repackage them as your own product or template offering. The license is to use your finished signatures — not to compete with the tool that made them.
06Acceptable use
Please use Sigquill in good faith. Specifically, don’t:
- Attempt to break, overload, probe, or circumvent the builder, the paywall, or our access controls;
- Use the product to create signatures that are unlawful, deceptive, or that impersonate someone else;
- Share, resell, or automate distribution of access links to evade the one-time purchase;
- Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the templates or code for republication.
We may suspend access that is clearly abusive, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms.
07Refunds
Sigquill comes with a 15-day, no-questions-asked refund. If it’s not right for you within 15 days of purchase, email support@sigquill.comand we’ll refund you in full — no explanation required. When a refund is issued, the related access link stops working. Full details are on the Refund Policy page.
08Availability & changes to the product
We work to keep Sigquill available and the templates rendering correctly, and we verify templates on a live Microsoft 365 account before they ship. That said, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may update templates, improve the builder, or occasionally take the service offline for maintenance.
If we ever discontinue the product, we’ll make a reasonable effort to give existing customers continued access to download what they purchased.
09Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Email clients are notoriously inconsistent, and rendering can vary with a recipient’s software, settings, and future updates outside our control. We test rigorously, but we can’t guarantee a signature will appear pixel-identical in every client and configuration that exists or will exist. The product is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sigquill will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the product is limited to the amount you actually paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country.
10Governing terms
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Sigquill is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. We’ll always try to resolve issues directly and fairly first — most things are settled with a single email.
11Changes & contact
We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above will reflect any change, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Changes never apply retroactively to a purchase you’ve already made.
